We are in the autumn of something.
Of our lives. Of an era.
Of the idea that people give a shit.
The Fall of Us is an indie/punk/emo band from New York's Hudson Valley, built on loud guitars, raw nerve, and the belief that getting older does not mean getting quieter.
As autumn hit, the world started coming apart at the seams. The songs that followed wrestle with middle age, relationships, kids, disappointment, pressure, and the relentless work of continuing anyway. There's anger in the music, and sometimes humor, but underneath it is perseverance — the need to keep moving, keep playing, and keep holding onto the parts of yourself that the world tries to wear down.
James sings and plays rhythm guitar, Jim (Red Neckromancer, mearth) plays bass, Glenn (Catbox, Wooly Punks) plays drums, and a mysterious lead guitarist may or may not exist depending on who is asking.
